• Excellent understanding of SAFE, ART (train and program concepts) - PI planning, PI prep, Capacity planning, Estimations (T-shirt size, swag)
• Excellent understanding of SCRUM (DSU, Planning, Backlog refinement, Retro and Review)
• Should help team in conflict management
• Should be able to handhold and coach the team.
• Should be able to coach the team to become self-sufficient and a high performing team.
• Track progress and identify/resolve impediments.
• Communicate to internal and external clients.
• Raise the appropriate risks and create a mitigation plan.
• Follow the communication and escalation procedures.
• Perform the standard requirements and role expectations of Scrum Master
